Cheers Finance allows anyone to create and list events in a permissionless manner. We do not pre-screen, moderate, or censor event listings. As such, we have no control over and do not guarantee the quality, safety, success, accuracy, or legality of any event or content posted on the Platform. It is solely the buyer's responsibility to evaluate and verify the legitimacy and details of an event before purchasing tickets or attending. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that Cheers Finance makes no warranties or guarantees about any event's authenticity or performance, and you agree to do your own due diligence. In other words, buyer beware – use your judgment and research events independently.
Our Support team is available to assist users with questions, technical issues, and to receive reports of suspicious activity. However, contacting Cheers Finance Support does not constitute a guarantee of an event's safety, legitimacy, or outcome. Support can provide guidance or investigate potential problems, but it cannot verify or vouch for every event. Any advice or information you receive from Support is provided as a helpful resource without any warranty. Ultimately, you are still responsible for deciding to participate in an event. Cheers Finance will not be liable for losses or damages even if you consulted our Support, as using the Platform is at your own risk.
Cheers Finance embraces freedom and autonomy, and we expect users to do the same responsibly. Misuse of the Platform is defined according to the Non-Aggression Principle (NAP) – meaning no user should initiate force, fraud, or harm against others. In practice, this means you must not use Cheers Finance to engage in fraudulent activities, scams, violence, harassment, or any form of aggression toward others. Any event or action that violates the rights of others by deception or coercion is considered a misuse of our Platform. We reserve the right to intervene if you violate this principle. By adhering to the NAP, we ensure that the Platform remains a safe, open environment for voluntary interactions. You agree not to use Cheers Finance for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
While Cheers Finance does not censor events upfront, we do not tolerate fraud or malicious harm. If an event misrepresents itself with the intent to defraud attendees or could cause significant harm, we reserve the right to cancel or disable that event listing. In particular, funds raised for an event on our Platform are locked in our smart contracts until the event is over. Event organizers cannot withdraw ticket proceeds until 3 days after the event's end. This 3-day post-event window is a safety measure. If we determine (in our reasonable judgment) that an event was fraudulent or intentionally harmful, we may cancel the event and prevent the withdrawal of funds before that 3-day window closes. In such cases, tickets may be voided and refunds initiated to buyers, as appropriate. This action is meant to protect users from scams or dangerous situations. Examples of misuse that could lead to cancellation include: events that never take place, events that were created to steal money or personal information, or events inciting violence or harm contrary to the NAP. Cheers Finance will make these decisions carefully and only in clear cases of abuse. By using the Platform, you acknowledge our right to cancel fraudulent or harmful events to prevent greater harm.
We encourage our community to help maintain the integrity of the Platform. If you suspect that an event or user is violating these Terms (for example, running a scam event or engaging in aggression/fraud), please report it to Cheers Finance Support immediately. You can contact Support through our official channels (e.g., our website or official communication platforms). Provide any relevant information or evidence about the suspected misuse. User reports are crucial for us to investigate issues promptly. While we may not catch every bad actor instantly, we will review all credible reports and take appropriate action to address confirmed violations. This may include warning the offender, canceling events, disabling withdrawals, or banning the offending wallet from the Platform. Reporting an issue, however, does not guarantee a specific outcome – our team will handle each report in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to abuse the reporting function (e.g., false reports). Together, through responsible reporting, we can prevent abuse and keep the Platform safe for everyone.
Cheers Finance is committed to financial and informational freedom. No Know-Your-Customer (KYC) process or personal identification is required to use our Platform. You do not need to create an account with personal details, and we will never ask you for personal information like your full name, ID, or address just to buy or sell tickets. As a decentralized application, all you need is a crypto wallet to interact with Cheers Finance, and nothing more. This approach is similar to other decentralized exchanges or platforms – for example, PancakeSwap will never ask you for personal details and there's no KYC necessary to use it. Likewise, anyone can use Cheers Finance pseudonymously, with only a wallet address, regardless of nationality or background. Please note: If you choose to purchase cryptocurrency via third-party services integrated with or linked from our Platform (e.g., using a credit card on a payment gateway to obtain crypto for buying tickets), those third-party providers may require KYC compliance under their own policies or local laws. Such KYC processes are external to Cheers Finance – we do not collect or receive that information. In summary, Cheers Finance itself does not require or perform KYC, and you can access our services without sacrificing your privacy or identity.
To participate in events on Cheers Finance (whether buying tickets, creating events, or attending), you will need to connect a supported cryptocurrency wallet (such as MetaMask or others). Wallet connections are used solely for enabling transactions and verifying event participation. This means that when you connect your wallet to Cheers Finance, we will only interact with it in the following ways: allowing you to authorize ticket purchases or sales, allowing you to receive NFT tickets in your wallet, validating your ownership of a ticket NFT for event entry, and enabling you to claim payouts or refunds when applicable. We do not have custody of your funds; all transactions require your explicit confirmation in your own wallet app. Cheers Finance will never initiate unauthorized transactions or transfer any assets without your consent. We also do not use your wallet connection to collect personal data. The wallet integration is purely a means to facilitate secure, user-controlled blockchain transactions. You are responsible for safeguarding your wallet's private keys and security. If you disconnect your wallet, we retain no ability to interact with it. Important: Always double-check transaction details when your wallet prompts for confirmation. Cheers Finance smart contracts are public and auditable, and by using them you agree that transactions you authorize (such as paying for a ticket or transferring an NFT) are final and valid. If you lose access to your wallet (e.g., lose your private key or seed phrase), we cannot recover it for you – so keep your wallet credentials safe. In short, your wallet is yours alone, and our Platform uses it only as a tool for you to interact with the service.
Cheers Finance is not liable for the acts or omissions of any third parties, including event organizers, attendees, or external service providers. The Platform serves as a marketplace and infrastructure for ticketing, but the actual events are run by independent organizers. We do not supervise or control what happens during events or how organizers conduct themselves. Therefore, any issues, losses, or injuries that occur in connection with an event are primarily the responsibility of the event organizer or participants, not Cheers Finance. However, we care about our users and will take action to prevent known abuse. In the event we identify misuse (such as fraud or a threat to user safety), we will use available measures – including event cancellation, fund freezes, and banning malicious users – to mitigate harm as described in these Terms. By using Cheers Finance, you agree that any claim or dispute regarding an event is between you and the event organizer or relevant third party, not with Cheers Finance. For example, if an organizer fails to deliver the experience promised, or an attendee causes trouble at an event, that is outside of our control. We have no control over and do not guarantee any particular outcome or quality of third-party activities. You further agree that Cheers Finance will not be held responsible for any damages or losses arising from the conduct of other users or event organizers on the Platform. Nonetheless, if we become aware of wrongdoing, we commit to use reasonable efforts to stop ongoing abuse of the Platform (as outlined above). This approach ensures we maintain a permissionless environment while still addressing clear violations of our Terms or the law.
Cheers Finance is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without any warranty of any kind. While we strive to keep the Platform functional, secure, and bug-free, your use of the Platform is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including (but not limited to) warranties of title, non-infringement, accuracy, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be safe or error-free, or that access will be continuous, uninterrupted, or free of technical issues. Any material or information obtained through the Platform is done at your own discretion and risk. Cheers Finance makes no warranty that any event tickets or content obtained through the Platform will meet your expectations or requirements. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from Cheers Finance or through the Platform, shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
Under no circumstances shall Cheers Finance, its creators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, attendance at any event, or any interaction with third parties through Cheers Finance. This includes, without limitation, damages for lost profits, lost data, personal injury, property damage, or any other losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Cheers Finance's total aggregate liability, in any case, will not exceed the amount of fees (if any) you paid to us for using the ticketing service associated with the claim. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law. Specifically, Cheers Finance is not responsible for: (a) the accuracy or reliability of information provided by event organizers or other users; (b) any personal injuries, illness, or property damage that occur during or as a result of attending an event (you assume all risks related to attending live events; (c) any fraudulent, wrongful, or illegal acts committed by third parties using our Platform; (d) any failure of an event to meet your expectations or any changes/cancellations of events (though we may facilitate refunds per these Terms if an event is deemed fraudulent as noted); (e) any technical issues or unauthorized access that impair the Platform's functioning (though we take security seriously). By accepting these Terms, you release Cheers Finance from any and all claims, demands, or damages arising out of disputes with other users or event organizers. This limitation of liability is a fundamental part of our agreement to provide you the Platform, and without it, the services would not be offered. Please exercise good judgment and reasonable caution in all your Platform dealings.
No KYC / Privacy: As noted, we do not require identity verification to use the Platform. Your privacy is further addressed in our Privacy Policy below.
No Waiver: Failure of Cheers Finance to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to later enforce that or any other part of the Terms.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the principles of decentralized blockchain governance and applicable laws, if any, in relevant jurisdictions. There is no single governing jurisdiction, but any legal disputes against Cheers Entertainment LLC will be subject to the laws of Nevada.
Changes to Terms: Cheers Finance may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will provide notice of changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above and via our official channels. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Platform.
Contact: If you have any questions or concerns about these Terms, please contact our Support team.
By using Cheers Finance, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Thank you for helping us build a decentralized future for event ticketing, grounded in trust and freedom.
